• Drop off for grooming on the day of your appointment is from 8am - 10am
• We will call you when your pet is ready
• We DO NOT use tranquilizers
• We DO NOT groom Cats
• We DO NOT use heated cage dryers
• Seperate cages for each animal
• Visible grooming area
